The first issue of the second volume of Global Age. Journal of Political Studies and International Thought examines some of the most significant transformations affecting contemporary international politics. Bringing together contributions from leading scholars in international relations, political theory, and area studies, the issue explores questions of international order, geopolitical competition, regional agency, energy transition, public diplomacy, and the relationship between politics and war. Taken together, the contributions reflect on how contemporary transformations are reshaping both the practice of international politics and the conceptual frameworks through which it is understood.
